What if a winning Bidder does not pay up?

Answer:  As the Host, you can delete the User Account by going into "Maintain Databases", and selecting the deadbeat who does not pay.  When you do this, all teams owned by that user will revert to the next lowest bidder, and the payout pots and reports will adjust automatically.

I ran an auction, but my friends say they could not access the auction.  What are the reasons this may be happening?

Answer:  (1)  You need to check and ensure that your firewall and Internet Provider allows access to your personal web server.  In some cases, using an "https", or secure server port, will help this situation.

    (2)  You need to ensure your computer does not go to sleep or into standby mode when left on and you are away.  The computer will be running as a web server, so you need it to be up with the web server running all the time during the auction.  If you have screensaver or standby set, please disable these features.

    (3)  You should ensure that you have the web server and SQL database up and running.  If you loaded the XAMPP or MAMP servers as we recommend, you will be able to confirm the servers are running by opening the control panel for XAMPP or MAMP.
